The award winning Technogym Vario with Unity Console has been designed to offer the most varied full body workout in the market. Unlike a tradition fixed elliptical cross trainer, it allows you to define your own range of movement with each stride. The range of movement covers everything from a vertical step, through a standard elliptical range and onto Technogym's unique 'Vario' movement, the 'Vario' movement has been designed to replicate a fast running motion, you can extend your stride up to 83cm.
The Vario is perfect for weight loss, rehabilitation, improve joint movement, stability & coordination. With over 30 years experience manufacturing top quality, commercial grade equipment, Technogym has built a reputation as one of the most durable and innovative brands in the market.
The fantastic Vario in the Excite+ range by Technogym offers 3 types of movement for rewarding and engaging workouts. The different trajectories provided by these 3 types of movement vary the intensity of training and muscles involved. The 3 movements are described as follows;
Vertical - a rhythmic stride, similar to the movement made when climbing or descending stairs.
Elliptical - This elliptical movement is similar to a brisk walk (when using a shorter stride) or running (when using a longer stride).
Vario - a movement similar to an athlete's full stride run. The stride length on the machine goes up to 33 inches.
There are 15 challenging programmes including ‘Create Your Own’, weight loss and Training Zone workouts and access to the Technogym mywellness® cloud platform. This enables Technogym and third party app downloads and the ability to create personal profiles and share content (exercise details, videos and fitness stats) wherever you are. This is an excellent feature for commercial gyms as operators can use connectivity to get to know their customers better and create tailor-made experiences.
