The Hammer Strength Select Back Extension is a fundamental part of the strength training progression.

There’s a five-position adjustable start mechanism for individual range-of-motion preferences, the lumbar pad helps position users correctly in relation to their axis of rotation, and two non-slip foot positions fit all sizes.

It features a 138kg/295lb weight stack with solid steel weight plates, which is easy to adjust with the magnetic safety pin. Boasting tough, commercial grade construction, the Select SE Full Fixed Pulldown includes an 11-gauge steel frame with a durable electrostatic powder coat finish and anti-slip solid rubber feet. 

The cables boast U.S. Military construction standards with 7x19 strand construction and lubricated, nylon-coated cable.

For comfort, the cushioning features radius on edge moulding and is fully stitched to eradicate folds in the material which could otherwise compromise on durability. You will also benefit from the angled seat and handgrips, which ensure correct exercise positioning. The easy-glide seat makes seat adjustments simple and smooth.
