The new facility combines industry-leading cardio, resistance, functional training and free weight equipment, ensuring members have access to everything they need to achieve their health and fitness goals. From advanced Life Fitness Integrity+ treadmills and PowerMill climbers to Hammer Strength's renowned plate-loaded and selectorised strength equipment, the gym has been designed to deliver both performance and durability.
