Our new fitness challenge features workouts that help target specific areas of your body to help you get toned and body confident.
Each week, you will find workouts designed to help you become fitter, tone muscles and make you feel fantastic. We'll teach you routines and movements you can use long after the plan has finished ensuring you get the most out of it.
The good news is that most of our workouts are designed to be completed in 30 minutes or under, making it the perfect plan for those on the go.
The great thing about our ‘Fit in 30’ programme is that you don’t need a gym membership and can find all the equipment within our functional fitness category.
You’ll find that our fitness programme also includes rest days, so don’t worry if you don’t feel like you’re aching after week 1 – we’re going to build up. We have a range of activities and workouts for you to try out in the 30 days; by mixing up your workouts, you’ll never be bored.
The programme includes workouts of varying intensity, from leisurely active strolls for rest days to HIIT workouts that will get your heart rate up – the challenge has it all.

At Fitkit, we want to keep this fun, so you can try a few of the following warm-up challenges before each workout to get you pumped and ready to go. Simply bring up our ‘Fit in 30 - Fitkit’ playlist on Spotify and choose the song you want to warm up to.
