The main objective for this project was to convert the sites acquired from EasyGym to match The Gym Group branding and themes within the space.
FitKit UK were delighted to be selected as primary partner for this project due to their extensive expertise and knowledge within the industry.
The project required a quick turnaround with Fitkit completing installation for 11 sites within 8 weeks. Each site was a complete strip out of all the old kit, allowing the time for the gym to be refurbished and then the team going back in to install the new equipment.
The install team worked around the clock to ensure all of the new equipment was in place and fully functioning in time. The above installations took in and out almost 350 pieces per site and 117 artic trucks to extract and install the equipment all within a 8 week period.
