Knights Templar Leisure Centre

Our team headed to Baldock to complete a full extraction and installation at Knights Templar Leisure Centre, upgrading their space with a brand-new mix of industry-leading equipment across cardio, strength, and plate-loaded training.

 The cardio zone now features Concept2 BikeErgs and Concept2 Rowers G PM5 with tall legs, delivering versatile, high-performance options for both steady-state and interval training.

 Strength highlights include Life Fitness Insignia series machines: Abdominal, Pectoral Fly/Rear Deltoid, Lateral Raise, and Leg Curl, each engineered for smooth movement and precise muscle targeting.

 For plate-loaded training, we installed Hammer Strength Iso-Lateral Shoulder Press, Leg Extension, and T-Bar Row units, alongside Hammer Strength Olympic PU plates for the free weights area.

 A complete upgrade, delivered and installed by our in-house team, built to enhance the training experience for every member.
