Dave's Gym, Cardiff

We recently had the pleasure of turning Dave's gym into a fitness haven. It was a full day of sweat, smiles, and serious muscle-building equipment.

The FitKit install team started bright and early to ensure they could get everything installed in a timely manner. The team carefully unboxed the Precor Discovery Line 16 Piece Selectorised Strength Set which included:

DSL Outer Thigh, DSL Inner Thigh, DSL Bicep Curl, DSL Tricep Extension, DSL Seated Dip, DSL Chest Press, DSL Shoulder Press, DSL Lateral Raise, DSL Seated Row, DSL Rear Delt Pec Fly, DSL Converging Chest Press and a DSL Diverging Low Row.

The team got to work, carefully assembling each machine and placing them strategically throughout the gym. There was a lot of heavy lifting involved, but we powered through with smiles on our faces.

As the day progressed, our team watched the gym gradually transform from an empty space into a fully-equipped fitness centre. It was incredibly rewarding to see our hard work come to fruition.

By the end of the day, Dave's gym was ready to welcome its members with open arms. We were thrilled to have played a part in creating such a fantastic fitness environment.
